Extensis Design Studio
In 2002 I was a junior designer for a small company called Extensis (defunct now) that its revenue came from generating and printing barcodes in large amounts for medium and large enterprises in the north of Portugal. The company´s CEO one day asked me to create a cutting edge visual identity concept for a division of the company that would focus solely on all things digital and print design. Here is the final version of what I purposed, in a few words the concept tries to visually tell a story of a tip of a pencil breaking the limits of creation, these limits are represented by the line you see it breaking through. Two months later I was still a broke designer without being paid my salary and I left and never heard again from this company, simples!
